BONDERITE M-NT 7400 is a chromium-free, phosphate-free conversion coating for steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. It is used as a multi-metal pretreatment before subsequent finishing. The supplied material is a brown liquid with complete solubility; its relative density is 1.09 to 1.12 at 15.6 deg C, while a 6% solution has a pH below 2.
